Sing Song at the Irish Center in Union Station
When: FIRST SUNDAYS 1 - 4 PM

Where: Irish Center UNION STATION 39 Pershing Road Kansas City, MO 64108
A sing song is when people get together and sing songs. Traditionally, it would be at the local pub or someone's home; we are having it at the Irish Center in the basement of Union Station.
A Sing-Song is for fun...a way to learn or re-learn the old songs you heard when you were young. Anyone can join in - All ages are welcome - If you sing in the shower, you can sing with us!
This is a great way for children to learn Irish songs too. We will sing some old rebel songs, love songs, sad songs, funny songs, Tin-Pan Alley songs ♫ ♫
This is an informal gathering. We will even sing songs that are not technically Irish if you want to lead one. The session leader will have a few handouts with words. Everyone can take a turn leading a song; the rest of us will join in as we are able.
Instruments are welcome but not required. Just bring your vocal chords and sing a few!
